MagicCon Amsterdam Announces New Perspectives Grant for Underrepresented Players

Wizards of the Coast is accepting applications for the New Perspectives Grant Program, which supports players from historically underrepresented groups in attending MagicCon: Amsterdam. The program covers travel, accommodation, and event entry for selected applicants.
Now in its third year, the grant has helped dozens of players experience MagicCon who otherwise couldn't afford to attend. Past recipients have gone on to compete at Regional Championships and contribute to content creation in the Magic community.
The program reflects Wizards' broader push to diversify Magic's competitive and social scenes. MagicCon events have seen increasing attendance from international audiences, and the grant aims to accelerate that trend.
Applications are open now through the official Magic.gg website. Previous recipients are not eligible, ensuring new players benefit each cycle.
